Connect + Let Go as we Flow together in united breath as one, allowing our amazing instructors to guide our movements and the music to light up our souls. We offer a variety of heated class options so you can find exactly what you want. Oh, and a little calorie burn never hurt anybody! Feel free + strong in your body and aligned in your mind + spirit in all of our classes.

FitDistrict brings three different 60 minute power yoga formats into our heated room for you to choose from:

Power Flow 1

Ignite your Flow on this journey through foundational postures, movement, breath, and just a little added heat. Every Yogi level from beginner to advanced will love this experience, leaving you feeling aligned + renewed, pouring this out into the world around you.

Power Flow 2

Turn up your flow + the intensity (& the heat!) as our amazing instructors take you on a beautiful journey where your mind + body + spirit transforms as the sequence unfolds and the movement unites us. Leave here feeling revived + inspired by what you just did, sharing this energy with the world around you.

Moderate Heat. Taking Power Flow 1 prior to this class is recommended as a building block.

Power Flex

Yoga + Weights + Cardio Bursts. Oh and a little extra heat! YES Please! You will have it all on this journey and it will challenge you to your core (pun intended!). Leave this class feeling like you can take on anything that comes your way, rippling this empowerment out around you (+ extra sweaty feels really good too).

Moderate Heat. Taking Power Flow 1 prior to this class is recommended as a building block.
